Ros Mitchell – Artist

Brief	Ros wanted a website which was easy to use (as she doesn’t consider herself as computer savvy) where she could easily showcase her latest work.
Solution	As the website was purely for photos, Dizzybee decided to use ZenPhoto as the basis of Ros’s website. Ros had a lot of input into the design of the site as she had set ideas of how the site was to be ‘simplistic’ in its layout.

PHP Property Report

Brief

In conjunction with a specialise Drupal module and the output of an iOS App, this report was necessary to display the dynamic information which was recorded for Property Inspections. The current solution was that the client was given a paper copy of a report. However, this did not harness to power of the output that the App produced. The aim of the report was to produce a dynamic report with images and video which could be emailed to the client and accessible at any time.

Solution

The solution was to create a report which pulled in the information that was generated from the iOS App via Amazon services which delivered the information in the form of JSON. This JSON information was used to generate the report utilising PHP, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery, CSS and HTML.

This report is not currently in use as the iOS App is still not complete.

Brief

This website was designed to look just like the companies existing site. The new site was necessary to integrate a custom Drupal module (which I also developed) into it.

Brief	Kylie was ready to close her business down and take on a fulltime job. However from the advise of a friend, she contacted Dizzybee to ask for advice in regards to creating a website in a last ditch attempt to salvage her business and passion.
Solution	Dizzybee decided upon creating a website using Zenphoto. Over the years the website has gone through a number of facelifts from adding a rotating banner, to creating a facebook page and integrating the photos into the site. The solution to Kylies problem worked and her business is now thriving.

Kidzcopy – Educational Worksheets

Brief	This was in ‘inhouse’ project and concept for Dizzybee. After having small children and teaching them to write, I quickly discovered that I had not been teaching them the correct writing technique. I developed a set of writing sheets for my children to use, which quickly became popular among other mums.
Solution	I designed the website for others to easily download their own set of worksheets and in addition, create a personalised worksheet with their childs name on it. Drupal6 was used for this site (the latest when it was made). Javascript code was written to enable users to choose from the different writing styles available and to construct the dynamic page required for the childs name

Southside Penrhos Wesley Swim Club

Brief	Southside Penrhos Wesley approached Dizzybee when they decided they wanted/needed a web presence. They wanted a site in which they could keep their club members informed of club meets and to showcase their sponsors.
Solution	Drupal6 was used to create this site.

Active Gymnastics

Brief	Active Gymnastics was formerly Southside Gymnastics. Dizzybee created their initial website, and when they were going through their transformation, asked us to do a new fresh website for them.
Solution	WordPress was the perfect choice for Active Gymnastics website. With the use of plugins such as the calendar, facebook albums and blog the staff find it easy to update their website.

SmartPouch

Brief

After many years selling the Smartpouch products at trade-shows, the inventor, designer and developer of Smartpouch wanted to open up his potential market and start selling online. Initially Smartpouch developed and hosted their website with another Perth company. However after thousands of dollars spent and little or no technical help, they decided to approach Dizzybee for a better solution – which was also cheaper.

Solution

As Smartpouch wanted to re-test the waters with their new product online, Dizzybee suggested that they go with a cheaper online selling tool using Drupal7 using Ubercart – as opposed to a more commercial type like BigCommerce which incurs a monthly charge. We used Paypal as the payment gateway.Smartpouch is regularly updating their products so the ease and simplicity of Drupal allows them to delete/add/modify their range of products without any costly overheads and time lag of getting a developer to make these changes for them.

Margaret River Beverages

Brief	Margaret River Beverages are a well established company selling their refreshing drinks in a number of commercial businesses around Australia. However, the owners of MRB wanted to offer the lovers of their product to be able to purchase it and get it delivered directly to their home.
Solution	Stuart Ridgway Design designed the layout of all the screen using Photoshop. Dizzybee sliced the given designs then customised and integrated them into a BigCommerce SolutionBigCommerce; Customised JQuery; Integration into 3rd party payment gateway.

Saltys Surf & Skate

Brief

Saltys wanted to break into the highly competitive area of online Surf and Skate clothing and accessories. Because they were not in a large town, a lot of their clients live in fairly remote locations. These clients were asking for a way in which they could get the latest fashion home delivered from the comfort of their house. Saltys have a large and loyal country client base – who also have a liking for surf (ironically) and skate fashion.

Solution
